STUDENT INFORMATION
Please ensure to read and understand the etiquette prior to joining the dojo. Don't hesitate to ask questions if you don't understand. Every one of us began as a white belt! You can read our dojo etiquette by following this link.
Beginner classes are conducted Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, and beginners are encouraged to attend Saturday Mornings 10:00am to 11:00am to improve form. More on our class schedule can be found on our calendar, here.
As in any sport, karate uses many words that are unique to itself. Since the karate originated in Japan, it is no surprise that we use many Japanese terms. Follow this link to see some of our most used Japanese words.
